Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal, a mausoleum in Agra, India, was built in 1648 with white domed marble by Shah Jahan, Indian Mughal Emperor, in memory of his most beloved wife, Mumtaz.
The Taj Mahal which is called in short "Taj" is considered to be finest example of Mughal Architecture. It ia a splendid combination of Persian and Islamic architectural style. Taj Mahal was declared as a World Heritage in 1983.
